Chiefs Target Nigerian International Nwabali in Goalkeeping Shake-Up

Reports emerging from Nigeria claim that Kaizer Chiefs have tabled an
offer for Nigerian international goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali, as the Soweto
giants look to address their inconsistent goalkeeping department.

According to BSNSports.com.ng, Amakhosi have made a move for the 27-year-old
shot-stopper, who is currently a free agent and therefore available on a
permanent deal without a transfer fee.

The publication reports that Chiefs view Nwabali as an experienced and
commanding presence between the posts. His reputation for sharp reflexes,
composure under pressure, and leadership qualities has reportedly made him
an attractive option on the market.

The reported offer is also said to cast further doubt on the future of
Fiacre Ntwari, who has been linked with a possible exit from Naturena.
Speculation surrounding Ntwari’s situation has been ongoing, and the pursuit
of another foreign goalkeeper is likely to intensify questions about the
current pecking order at the club.

At this stage, Chiefs have not officially commented on the reports. However,
developments from Nigeria indicate that discussions could progress.
